The formula has been developed to allow for a single coat to multiple coats, depending on your desired effect.<br><br>How do I use it: Apply using the wand, starting close to the base of lashes and moving in a gentle, back-and-forth motion while pulling the wand toward the tip of lashes.<br><br>Eve's tip: Swirl the wand inside to pick up product; do not use a pumping motion.
